Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. As several products are manufactured on different location, there is a possibility that the fulfillment can be separated and/or delayed.
The shipping can take up to 4 weeks.
The Jet Lag Club can not be responsible of delays occurring after the fulfillment and handed over to the shipping company.

Currently, We have 6 separate shipping regions. Each shipping region has its own rates and destinations they apply to.

All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as We do not ship to these destinations.

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees | All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Jet Lag Club ships your package with all import taxes, duties and customs fees and other taxes DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT/GST, duties and/or any other taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
Our third party carrier is not responsible for any taxes or tariffs you may incur by ordering. Shipping and Handling costs only cover our shipping and handling costs to send the item to you. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The recipients’ local country postal service provider will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. For deliveries to any other countries, a physical delivery address is required.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@jetlagclub.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Kindly note that we are not shipping to P.O. boxes. Please enter a valid address in order to proceed delivery.
Returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@jetlagclub.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
